I signed up with weightwatchers online program for 3 months special on May 2011. They still withdraw money from my credit card! I called them and told them if I wanted to sign up for longer period of time, I wouldn't sign up inittially for 3 months. They said the expiration period is terminated and you did not cancel that is why you been billed.
I was heard that we should not give credit card info online to the merchants since we can't trust them. Please investigate this and do not let others become a victim of this fraud. My email address is: sheribien@wildmail.com
I am willing to become a member of a lawsuit if other vicitims decided to sue this company.

I recently signed up on line with Weight Watchers. Immediately upon seeing the site, I requested a refund as the program was too difficult to follow. If one physically checks out a Weight Watchers program they can attend a session without any monetary expense. However, when I tried to look at the program on line, and I signed up for a three month program, I was charged and could not get a refund in the amount of close to $60.00. They said I could have a refund for $5.00 and some change. I am truly disallusioned with this company. So buyer beware.

I joined weight watchers online, cancelled within 5-10 minutes, have requested numerous times that they refund the entire amount. They refunded $5.00, I refuse to pay them any amount what so ever. I have disputed with the bank also.

I hate the points plus program.

It makes no sense, and is too hard to follow. Calculating points is nearly impossible!

I'll just cancel.

I prepaid for the year, and got a good price $166 for the year.

Divided by 12 months, that come out to about $14 a month.

OCTOBER-DECEMBER= 3 months= $42

HOWEVER, they are not refunding me the seeming balance of $124, they are only refunding about $80.

BALANCE: $44

That's almost fifty dollars!

Come on WW, don't make me badmouth you to everyone I know; as I know a lot of people and I talk about bad experiences more than good, as most consumers know.

Is fifty dollars really worth your reputation?
