I was hit by a Driver named Georgina Hennen in our van. She hit us and ran. We called the police and filed a hit and run report. We wanted our van fixed. The police Detective said it became her fault when she failed to stop at the accident. I filed with her Insurance company. I waited and waited. Finally a insurance claim adjuster named Brett Myers called. I called Brett Myers back and he said he would send someone out to take pictures. I have had the dishonor of calling 972 548 5933 many times. Brett Myers will yell at you, curse at you and is the rudest person I have ever spoke with. He is completly unprofessional and rude. The person came to take the pictures. I waited and waited. I finally called Brett Myers back at the 972 548 5933 number and left a message. He would not return my call. I get a letter in the mail and it is from Brett Myers saying our claim is denied. I called him back. He finally answered. I told him it was a hit and run. I told him I was going to press criminal charges against his insured driver Georgina Hennen. He screamed I do not care what you do to her. I said she could go to jail. He screamed I do not care. That has nothing to do with me! He screamed and hung up the phone. It was a hit and run accident. Texas Farm Bureau Insurance should have paid for the damage done to our van. Brett Myers and Texas Farm Bureau insurance do not pay claims. They could care less about their insured and they are willing to let their insured go to jail. Brett Myers is supposed to be honest and Professional. He screams and curses at you and will not pay the claims. Why would anyone trust Texas Farm Bureau? Why would anyone want this comapny as their insurance company? Avoid Texas Farm Bureau and Brett Myers. He works out of the McKinney, Texas office.
