SponsoredWhips.com Car sponsor scam! Wilmington, Delaware

I was contacted by a Patrick and SponsoredWhips the friday before memorial day. I made it clear to him that I was not comfortable releasing money due to the fact of there being so many scams and this seeming like it was too good to be true. He ensured me this was legit and that there was a 30 day money back garuntee with the service. He wanted me to send a money order for $199 that friday, but I hadnt been paid yet. He said they would not be able to hold my application due to the high demand for sponsorship. Surprisingly he was able to hold off one day for me until I could get the funds to do so. I ended up allowing myself to get suckered in and sent the funds to some strange name, something Mahini or whatever. Since then I received an email, as have others, asking me to fill out a bunch of info and make a wish list. Once I emailed it back to him, he said he was putting my package together and mailing it out. Well here it is over a week later and still no package. Also, he told me he wanted to speak every day. Well I have attempted to call each day, and always get that he is busy and promises to call me back. I spoke to him again today, saying I will no longer need his services and he says he will call back on his way home. When I tried to explain that I was tired of being told he would call back, he proceeded to hang up on me. Not only did he scam me, but another member of my car club was suckered into it, and he said he would gather sponsors for our club. I am a U.S. Marine and work hard for the money I have. I dont like to be scammed and surely wont let this happen again. Out of all the reviews I have read, my scenario fits perfectly with everyone else. I will be contacting BBB, Chamber of Commerce, the Attorney General and also have connections with the District Attorney General in DC. This guy and his scam need to be put to an end. If you simply look at the site, none of the cars in the pictures or videos look like your everyday persons vehicle. They came straight out of magazines and youtube videos and such. Not to mention, the testimonials all seem pretty fake too. To anyone that is considering their services, DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT let them sucker you in. Its a lie and some how they continue to get away with it.

SponsoredWhips.com Scamed 17 year old High School Student Hocke SSIN, Delaware

All I have to say is that I am a high school student and this company scamed me. I was looking forward to working along side of majors companies. Now I'm trying to find money, that was taken by this company, to fix my car. I had blind fate that this company was true to it's word. They will not give me a refund even after having asked multiple times. I just want my money back so I can carry on with my high school work and pay my senior dues so i can graduate.

sponsoredwhips.com Sponsored Whips LLC Stole my $200.00 Wilmington, Delaware

Sponsored Whips told me that for two hundred dollars I would have both my cars custom built and sponsored in car shows. All I had to do was find some local car shows and list everything I wanted done to the cars. So the email is off, the man told me that it would be four days till the work was started, and that we would talk every day. I am the one who makes all the phone call and the company is always to busy to talk or explain where the money went. The company also claimed that they where part of overhaulin, one of my favorite T.V. shows. They are not in anyway part of the dhoe or the Discovery channel. To get right to the point I was robbed and they won't stick to there money back guarentee so now I am still trying to get my money back.

Sponsoredwhips.com If we dont do anything now every innocent person will be robbed for their dreams Sponsoredwhips has to go!!! 2427 Kirkwood HWY, De

Sponsoredwhips are a bunch of punks who rob people of their money for their way to gain from your passion. They dont keep their word, give a list of lies and make you feel like your car is one of the kind. I have to say this" If you car is that special and rare it doesnt need to be customized and if you want to customize it search and research your own for you own sponsors. Sponsoredwhips is a played out website that tries to catch anyones interest. I am a graphic designer and the way the site was made up was a quick way to put something online and it was my fault even when I knew these things to still go along with this company. I didnt do the research I was just bored wanted to know if they were for real and tested my luck.Few days later i get a call and I was too suprised to think about the profession of this business that I just took the guy(Jayson)talking all about what he got me to heart. Then he put me on a time limit about how a magazine wants a b4 and after shot with my car and a new model then common sense kicked in for a while and said the last CL acura ever made was 2003 and completely stop making them. I figured kind hard to see how they can do a new and old when not many people drive them like that today. Like I said I was still suprised they called me.So once I got the money and already paid for the money order and sent it, something kind of hit me. Do I really need to use them to get where I wanted to be. I figured I would be smarter to go and use the money for small parts to start my own line into the race and custom world and start small work my way on my own pace. I emailed the next day claiming a refund. Well if you knew it Mr Im on yourside turn tail on me. He got confused wondering why I wanted my money back.Anyone professional doesnt need to know or ask why you want a refund they just work with you to get it done. Days we went back and forth and I will admit I rang the phone off the hook till someone picked up. Finally they must of gave up and finally called when I emailed that I put a hold on the money order and noone can use it till I either get it back or I call to let them claim it. I missed the call and called back at the time they wanted me to call them.I kept my word on everything but its funny when you try to get in contact with them they suddenly hide." Can you tell me something, How is it that you have a direct number and a toll free number and office hours and out of all that noone picks up?Does everyone go on vacation as the owner and staff? Why is it that you struggle to contact them just to know if they are real. Through all that it only means one thing. They are a scam and prey on those who have a passion. To put is simply"Dont EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER use companies like or close to sponsoredwhips.com. Dont even look at that site my suggestion is we call should email contact one another and band that website and the owner to never be online. We have to expose it to anyone who wants to customize and create their car. Im out 200.00 but when I think about it Ill be richer than ever if that company and that site could be out of commission and never do this to people again. Till now Im waiting for a refund they said write and send a letter which I have now I can only wait but if another week passes and no answer I will make their lifes a living h*ll.
