I ordered duz it all floats from rods-n-bobbs.com along with some other miscellaneous items. When I received the duz it all product from the online store I noticed that the parts were meant for a small child or maybe an adult midget. I called to express my dissatisfaction and to return the product for the proper size, the product was so small I could not even see it on the lake after a short cast and I only wanted to return the unopened product. I was insulted and blamed for the problem and after requesting my money back Mr. Gary Bennis threatened to “Kick My a**” he told me I would never get my money back and said if I had a problem with it I should fly down to Eau Claire WI and take it up with him face to face. I was shocked that some one in his position would say such rude and threatening things. I wasn’t asking for a discount nor was I asking for a refund I just wanted a product that worked for me and was not falsely sold to me online. Even though it may have been my mistake a solution could have been found to make me happy. I believe that Gary Bennis should not be in business and I wonder how he treats his employees and other customers. He needs to take anger management classes. Enoughsaid. Do Not Buy from RODS-N-BOBS.com unless you’re willing to get threatened once you have a concern or problem with your order.
