I meet national auto transport inc thru Henry towing in Springfield Missouri, i was getting ready to move to Redmond Washington from mine brother house he allowed me to stay with him, then on may 19, 2009 i called national auto transport to site up to transport my 2007 corvette zo6 it was pick up may 25, 2009 in Buffalo missouri wall mart parking lot. National auto transport inc told me that my car was insured that they would protect my car full. I gave notice to State farm insurance in SPRINGFIELD MISSOURI that i would have my car transport to Redmond washington, i gave them $200.00 to set this all up national auto transport. On may 25, 2009 my car was pick up i took photos of the my car and crew that pick up car, at that same time, i thought everything was cool, but these guys were Russian i felt something was wrong i should have went with my gut feel that there was something wrong. I could have drove the corvette but i did not want to put the mileage on the car. I drove my other car to Redmond Washington thinking everything was alright, but is wasn't, i called the driver and never got answer back until june 1, 2009 when the car was delivery at midnight i could not see anything wrong with the car until i drove the corvette this it was to late.
That night there in Redmond i was super pissed i called the transport company "EXPRESS DELIVERY" out of Spokane, Washington they say there was nothing wrong with my car, the clutch was screwed up there was no power to the rear wheel, there were holes in the the bottom of my car on and on. I called NATIONAL AUTO TRANSPORT INC. in Florida at 1-888-628-1277 they said they were not responsable RICK VAN DE WATER nothing happen.
I took the CHEVORLET dealership they would not even check out the car for damage i ended up going to high super car rebuilder in REDMOND washington and BELRED BODY SHOP high end cars.
State farm hired law firm to go after EXPRESS DELIVERY AND NATIONAL AUTO TRANSPORT INC.
basically what happen is the law firm and judge is saying that national auto transport is a broker and their not reposnsable for the action of EXPRESS DELIVERY in SPOKANE, but i say that NATIONAL AUTO TRANSPORT INC has a duty to fullfill theire obligation and to pay for all damages, by the i took time time to go Spokane Washington to hunt down EXPRESS DELIVERY" in Spokane washington
they have change their name to something else, they are in old rundown garage in Spokane Washington off of North market street going north , there located next to a tire shop, the site look like a chop shop and Russian speaking people they are not up to any good.

I had national auto transport to pick up my car in buffalo missouri and delivery it to redmond washington may 19, 2009 i was told by the people there at national auto transport my car would be safe and insured by them. The 2007 corvette was pick up by 'EXPRESS DELIVERY" out of spokane washington i assume they working for national auto transport out florida. The corvette zo6 2007 was delivery by express delivery at midnight june 1, 2009 in redmond washington. The car was pulled off the transport there were no visiable damage at first but after driving the car there were serious damage to the corvette over $13,000.00 in damage future damages engine and transmission $60,000.00. I had 18,200 miles on the vechile when it left buffalo missouri on star record the mileage of the car when it was delivery it had ten extra miles on the vechile, they express delivery drove my car and race it, causing severe damage to the engine transmission etc and body damage. I had state farm insure they also created some problems trying to get the car fix. Express delivery are russian driver out of spokane washington there locating is in spokane washington under another name. These driver hired by express delivery will do anything for a dollar. i went to spokane washington and found where they are located off of north market street there garage is a chop shop. The attorney general of washington will not indict them or file charges against the owner of express delivery in spokane washington. The federal motor carrier safety administration 2424 heritage ct sw, suite 302 olympia washington 98502 will not go after "express delivery" for interstate fraud and using russian driver to commit crimes. The letter is address to me from the federal motor carrier under section 14707 of title 49 u.s. code. State farm insure hired a seattle law firm to handle the case against Rick van de water national auto transport inc. , he claims there just a broker that he and his company has no responsibility "who they hired" to transport vechile. My question to Rick van de water why should i hire you when i can go directly to transport company and do this why do i need you???? I was told by national auto transport inc that my car was insured that they would take good care of my car. i'm a disable veteran and i have been scam by national auto transport miani florida.

I DO NOT recommend shipping your car with National Auto Transport, Inc. (NAT). In March, 2011 I contracted with NAT to have my car shipped from California to
Virginia. They are a broker, and found a subcontractor to transport my car.
This subcontractor picked my SUV up from my home and put it on a flatbed truck.
It was scheduled to be dropped off in Virginia at my friends house where I was
staying. For some strange reason, the drop-off was delayed twice and finally
was dropped off at night about a couple days after the drop-off date. The
driver came and rolled my car off his truck and when I asked for the keys, he
told me I had to sign the receipt paper first. I decided to walk around and
check my car out for damage. There was none and I signed the paper. As soon as
he handed over the key, he was off in a flash. I proceeded to get in my car and
start the engine. It was running well, but once I put it in drive and pressed
on the gas, the car started jerking and would not drive. He knowingly left me
there in the dark with a broken-down car. Way to treat your customers! This is a Toyota SUV that was in perfect running condition (it got a clean bill of
health from a mechanic before I shipped it). I had to tow my car to a local
shop. I got in touch with NAT and all they did was pass the blame. They kept
telling me it was not their responsibility and they were merely a broker. They
kept telling me to contact the subcontractor and then later it seems that there
was sub-sub contractor or something. I still have not been able to figure out
who is responsible for the damage. The mechanic at the local shop told me that someone had DRAGGED my car which was a
clear violation of the agreement. This dragging totally destroyed the rear
differential in my car and it cost $2800 to fix and that doesnt include the
money I paid for my rental. I have tried in vain to find someone to take
responsibility for this. NAT is a large national broker and they have been most unhelpful. What was supposed
to be about $1,150 for shipping turned into almost $5,000. I am in the process
of trying to sue the subcontractor. By whatever means, think long and hard before you ship your car with NAT. Once
they get your money, you mean nothing to them and they will not help you and
absolve any responsibility. It is disgusting that these kind of businesses are allowed to operate without any
regard for the well-being of their customers or their customers cars.
