My examsuppport@gmail.com internet training products .took my money real fast and didn't get my postal exam or nothing froze my computer,called for a

i'm online job hunting came across this ad ,looking for Job at US postal service,.to begin you must pass a test with 70 and passing with 90% is even better.First you must pay 39.99 for exam and then possible get job . It does have more info. I'm very up set a bout this ,at this point I just want money back.This is wrong very very wrong to post these job site's and take folks money. Please help me
