Now I am here to tell the truth. What you heard over the phone is actually a lie, restructuring your bill under MX Energy or Start Saving Today organization is not true.
I too am a victim of a certain Mark Gerson in New Jersey, he is the one behind the scam as well as Kevin Fernandez, and Val Ruiz of Florida. Now if you've enrolled in this program, go to your nearest police station and file a complaint against this three people behind this. Mark Gerson has been operating an international call center named Compass Solutions Inc., the one behind the cold calling scheme. They're planning to call other five states in the future, so please be aware of this illegal practices.

I was switched to MXEnergy.com as a gas supplier without my consent. When called the company,
I was told that someone from my household did the switch. What I found is that the agent hired by MXEnergy visited my home when I was at work and talked to my wife. She doesn't speak English well ( she's less than a year in a country ),
she can hardly understand what people say directly to her, not to mention over the phone. Even I had a problem understanding the company operator when listened to a tape yesterday, and I leave here in US for more than 15 years. My wife told the agent that he would need to call and talk to me, but the agent insisted it wasn't important to
talk to me and she could answer few simple questions herself. Then he called the company and started switching process. The company operator got all information from him, my wife gave him our utility bill, and then operator asked him to give the phone to my wife. He sure did, and what a nice guy he was, he even helped her to decide when to answer "yes" by telling her -
"You should say yes now". He kept the speaker on, so he could control the conversation. This can't be right, this must be illegal, this is so outrageous - it must be banned by law. I will do everything in my power to fight this in and
out of the court and will do my best that this information will be all over the internet.
