I only wish I had read these reports before buying anything from John Lane. He offers a program that is close to impossible to achieve, unless you are an attorney or licensed private investigator (which is what most states require). He does not honor his 100% return policy, with no questions asked. You try to return it, and they laugh and giggle at you, saying "we said you could return it, but no one said you'd get your full money back." Their "No Questions Asked" policy?.........I was told, we're not asking you any questions, just not giving you your full payment back. Then told that the infamous John Lane looks over each return and decides how much, if any, he'll return. Of course, you never get to talk to John Lane. I was told that "he's too busy to talk to his students." I cringed at being called "one of his student". If it's too good to be true, then it cerainly is too good to be true. The have a manager named Mary (who refuses to give you her last name), someone named Cody, and then there's Courtney. Now, why aren't they out using John's program instead of taking his complaint calls, at probably minimum wage. Why does John Lane hide behind these girls with no last names. In closing, there is very good information out there for free. You do not have to throw away your good money (John Lane's garbage for $800.00!!!!!). Just do your research online.

1. You absolutely do NOT need to be an attorney or private investigator to participate or have success in tax sales. Nor do most states require it - you are just plain wrong and/or misinformed.
2. We do, we have and we will continue to honor our return policy. I am not sure what product you purchased, however it is absolutely false to say we don't honor our policy. It is true that John reviews each return request - first to make sure it qualifies (correct timeframe, efforts made, etc). It also gives him the ability to review what our clients are unhappy about the product and/or why they don't feel it works for them. In turn this allows us to improve our products in the future. In addition there are so few requests for returns, it is important for him to get this feedback, when someone is unhappy.
3. Refunds, as I a sure you have experienced with other things, can time - businesses have a rev ire process, an approval process and issuing a refund takes additional time, not to mention it takes a number of days before your bank or credit card recognizes it. It sounds like you are still in this process, no?
4. It is against the law for employees of taxsalelists.com to train students on tax sales and THEN go out and compete against them - it is illegal!!! Which is why none if our employees do this, and thus we are compensated appropriately, but thank you for your concerns.
5. We work with 1000s of people, all of them want to speak with John - it just can't happen. I would like to speak to the CEO & President of Goldman Sachsen too regarding their investment strategies and how it has/will impact me, but apparently he is too busy to take my call???? I am sorry, this is not uncommon.
6.. Lastly, we make it very very very clear there is A LOT of information available for free on tax sales. This is no secret. However understanding how to use this information, how to gather it, interpret it, verify it, etc...can take a considerable amount of time and mistakes can be very costly. Therefore we offer training on how to do this. It seems all to clear that you did not use any of the material you purchased from us, otherwise you would know this.

This is a SUPPORT LETTER replying about the Ripoff from JOHN AND LINDSEY LANE - TAXSALELISTS.COM. The Guy? doesn't have a clue. He is probably the type that never gets off the couch and then cries and points the finger at everyone else. You have to WORK a Venture before you are rewarded. I HAVE NEVER MET JOHN AND LINDSEY LANE...I took his course online...it is the best and most unbiased course on Tax Overbid and the Tax Sale industry there is, period. I have had Major Medical problems so it has taken me longer then it should for a normal person with a good Memory. My Business is now up and running, creating revenue easier then I have ever had and you can do it while working another full time job. However, I will give him this, it is very hard too succed if all you do all day long is spend your time on line bitching about how unfair you have it. John has a MONEY BACK GUARANTY, that if you don't make money easier and faster then you ever have, they will give you back every penny. But again, you have to get off the couch every once in a while to work the program. I have spoken to a number of average Businessmen whom have taken John's 15 Hour Courses and all have a thriving income. And, not once have they not responded to my e-mails promptly, with a great attitude and a friendly smile. THIS GUY IS JUST A CRYBABY THAT WANTS EVERYTHING HANDED TO HIM ON A SILVER PLATER. DO NOT BUY John Lanes Tax lein info system or whatever he claims it to be. You can buy a book for $25.00 from amazon and get just as much info as he is trying to get you to buy. Better yet you can get all the info you need from the local county office you need for FREE!

I first saw his "system" advertised for $3000.00 and then took his "free" webinar class and at the end of the BS class he offered his crap course for $1497.00 and like a fool I ordered it because I thought wow half off. Well that is exactly what they want you to think. DON'T!!!

They offer you a refund of up to one year. Well they want you to think that you have a year to get your refund but you don't. They keep your money for a full year and then claim you can get a refund plus an additional 25% back on-top of that. It only took me a month to realize this course gives you no information that you can't get for free or in a book that cost $25.00 bucks from amazon. This is a ponzi scheme. He collects your money for a full year and does whatever with it in that time and then claims to give you a refund. I now have to wait 11 months for my money to come back.

If they truly believed in what they are selling then why does someone have to wait an entire year? Bottom line is don't order this.

I hope you read this John Lane and have rebuttle because for every person I get not to buy your system the happier I will be. So don't refund my money because it will end up costing you more than 1497.00 for my refund. I will try to write about you everyday until I get my money back. You know who I am and I am not hiding like you claim other people did when you ripped them off. Refund my money or keep getting a bad review for the next 11 months from me!!! You piece of @$#&.
