WARNING TO ALL: DO NOT, DO NOT USE ITP VOIP INTERNET PHONE SERVICE!!! The company has taken over $200.00 from my account. They misrepresent themselves ON LINE! They do not tell you of the hidden costs involved. If you sign-up for their services, they send a device for the phone. If you choose because of their poor service to cancel, they will first tell you that you "have 30 days to return the device". Then after you look into your banking account, you will see that the company has taken $99.99 from your account without notifying you!!! So, you call, upset, and another rep tells you that they take the device money $99.99 "up-front" because some people never return the device. So someone or both reps lie, which is the company that lies!!! Even after you have informed them, in writing and on the phone they no longer have authority to withdraw money from you banking account and even though one rep told you that you have 30 days to return the device, at your expense, of course. I returned the device on the first day, have my US Postal Service Receipt, tracking number, and still ITP VOIP has not returned my money! There is other hidden information which they do not inform a customer of, on their website. Do not get ripped-off as I have. They are a fraudulent company!!!!! I am filing all the reports necessary, but it is stressful! Watch out for this company!!!!!!
