I ordered personalized bracelets from this company on September 8, 2011 and paid through PayPal. I noted on the order if they could not fulfill by September 22, 2011 to please contact me. I called on September 21st to make sure the order was going to be delivered only to be told that it was never taken care of because they did not get paid through PayPal. I asked if they could double check to see if perhaps they made a mistake, but they would not even entertain the idea. I called PayPal and PayPal confirmed that they had sent the money to them on September 8th. I called them back and the sales clerk told me he would forward the request to customer service to see if they could try to get it done and sent to me by September 23rd. I left my cell phone number because I was going to be leaving home and the representative told me he would have someone call me hopefully before 5:00 p.m. When I returned home, I had an email telling me that they canceled the order for non-payment. I could not believe it. I sent them a notice back and told them I was going to contact Better Business, paypal, and leave a bad comment if I did not get my money back by Friday. Guess what, I had my refund by this evening. So apparently they found the money, but when I was begging them to check since I really needed the product....they would not even consider looking. I hope no one else gets taken by this company.

Imprint.com 24HourWristbands.com Horrible Service/Product Internet
I ordered custom silicone wristbands from 24HourWristbands.com (Imprint.com) and requested rush to production as well as rush delivery. After numerous calls, representatives failed to inform me that the product had not yet been produced/delivered. Yet insisted that it would be delivered on time. I opened several trouble tickets and was assured customer service would contact me. To date - no call has been received. I was initially told that I should contact Customer Service, yet they do not have a customer service department via phone. It is all done on-line. Completely frustrating. Via the online service ticket, I was notified that they would not refund my shipping fees of $49.99. The ticket was closed by the indicating the situation was resolved stating "Confirm Solved". When I finally did receive my order, the product was of poor quality. I am returning the wristbands and requesting a FULL refund. The Dispute Resolution department at my credit card company has also been contacted and is now engaged with this issue. I will have to continue to pursue this as they will not return my calls or make any attempt at rectifying the issues. DO NOT do business with this company. I was basically lied to repeatedly about both the order itself and the customer service department. They are NOT honest and will put you through call after call holding or hanging up on you. They definitely have issues with ETHICS.

What a joke! Looks like people have already discovered how horrible this company is. I've been given the runaround about my order. They sent me a proof of my koozies, and they looked fine. But when I recieved them today, I noticed they retyped my logo out and spelled it wrong!! This is for a charity foundation event this Saturday! When I call the company, they transfer me to wait in line again and then disconnect me before I can speak to someone. This happened several times. When using their live chat option, the person gave me no help and basically just kept saying, sorry I can't control your order, etc. She even had the audacity to tell me that she couldn't guarantee that anyone would get to my problem today because they have "lots and lots" of tickets. I said HA! looks like I'm not the only one with a problem, imagine that! After SEVERAL hours of convincing, calling and emailing, they are sending me new ones, but told me I'll have to wait 14 business days (even though I paid to have it shipped RUSHED and produced RUSHED, and still do not have my product at my event). What a horrible waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD.
