I ORDERED PRODUCT IN GOOD FAITH AS A TRIAL OFFER, RECEIVED IN 2 WEEKS WITH A WINDOW TO RETURN SO AS NOT TO BE CHARGED. I HAD DECIDED TO CANCEL AFTER I ORDERED BUT WAS UNABLE TO DO. UPON RECEIPT THE PACKING SLIP INDICATED TO RETURN ONLY WITH AN RMA# WITH A CUSTOMER CARE # 800-969-0160. LEFT MESSAGES REQUESTING THE RMA# (4 TIMES) NO RESPONSE. I SAW THE AD ON A WEBSITE COAST2COAST WHICH I TRUSTED - HA - CAN'T TRUST NOTHING. THE WORST PART IS THE UNAVAILABILITY TO FIND OUT THE COMPANY SITE TEL NUMBER. I CANNOT AFFORD TO BE OUT $90 THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN. WHAT A SCAM BUT I AM GLAD I NEVER OPENED AND TRIED THE PRODUCT -

HCGEXTREME is a company you do not want to deal with. I ordered the HCGEXTREME on 7/22/2011(on line) and it did not arrive until 8/5/2011 and the invoice date showed 8/2/2011. On 8/5/2011 I was charged $79.99 for the free bottle that I should have had a 14 day trail period. The trail period began the day I ordered it and ended 8/5/2011. I had the product a few days. The representative I spoke with on the phone said it was my fault that I did not check on where my order was.
Next, the thirty day money back was due on 8/26/2011. I missed it. I spoke to the representative that I had not had my 15 day trail period to see if I liked the product. She said I had sign the contract on line and that she would not refund my $79.99. I asked to speak with a manager and she said they were not available. I told her again that the invoice date reflected 8/2/2011. She said that must be a mistake. Anyway, she did give me a discount of half the purchase. So, now I sit with the bottle that cost $40.00 which I am too angry to even give a try.
This company has no idea what it is doing. They expected me to follow through on where the product was that I ordered. I have done online ordering for years and have NEVER had to follow through with where my order is. I asked her "What kind of company are you?"
Lastly, this company stands behind the contract they have on their website. Read it carefully. They will not budge or don't care if you do business with them.
They stay in business because they scam trusting consumers such as myself. We are paying them to rip us off. They are blood sucker living off of innocent consumers. BE AWARE STILL MAD
