Started in May of 2009 i hired national auto transport inc out of miami florida to transport my 2007 corvette to Redmond washington from Buffalo Missouri, i was insured that my car was insured by Rick van da water president of national auto transport inc. EXpress delivery out of Spokane washington pick up my corvette may 25, 2009 i took picture of the Russian guys pick up my car one them spoken english really while but the other the guy was silent. Express delivery drove my car causing untold damage costing more the $13000.00 in damage not only damage to engine and transmission, even state farm in the beginning continue in giving me a hard time getting the corvette fix, i was at the end of my rope dealing with express delivery and national auto transport inc., state farm there in Redmond washington and dealing with state farm in Spokane washington and dealing with state farm from springfield missouri for approx five month i was very unhappy person with the whole process, not only with all this, i found constantly condem by the elite in Redmond washington, I even joint the v.f.w. (veterans of foreign wars) there in Redmond washington, they are located near micro soft camp, they threw me out also for helping another woman veteran there that was disable every where i turned i was dealing with The Federal motor carrier safety administration located at 2424 heritage ct sw suite 302 olympia washington 98502 acting division administrator (ANDREW E. responsed with a letter stating this: dear MR. This letter is in response to your recent complaint concerning EXPRESS DELIVERY, inc of Spokane washington. THE COMPLAIN ALLEGES that your car was damaged in tranit and your request are assistance in the matter etc...... UNDER section 14704 of title 49 u.s. code a person is authorized to pursue private legal action etc.... Under section 14707 of title 49 u.s. code a person injured by an unregistered and or uninsured carrier or broker is authorizzed to file a civil action to enforce the registraton and insurance provisions. That statute also provides for the recovery of attorney's fees and court court. Attached you wll find a guide that discusses the laws and general information about the transportation of personal automobiles, and a copy of our regulations that govern loss and damages claims (49 cfr 390) sincerely

LAW OF FLORIDA STATUE 475.01 'BROKER" MEANS A PERSON WHO, FOR ANOTHER AND FOR A COMPENSATION OR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY PAID OF PROMISED EXPRESSLY OR IMPLIED NEGOTIATION --------ETC
ANOTHER WORD THE BROKER (NATIONAL AUTO TRANSPORT INC) IS HELD TO THE SAME LAW AS EXPRESS DELIVERY (SPOKANE WASHINGTON) PER 475.01 FROM THE ABOVE STATUE OF FLORIDA LAW 475.01 THIS IS BINDING CONTRACT THAT NATIONAL AUTO TRANSPORT INC. IS HELD TO BECAUSE GOOD AND SERVICE WAS NOT DELIVERY PER AGREEMENT IN THE BEGINNING, THE GOODS WERE DAMAGE NOT JUST THE CAR BUT MY STATE OF MIND AND LIFE WERE ALTER DO THESE ENVENTS. I BELIEVE THERE WAS UNTOLD FRAUD . THIS WILL CONTINUE FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!!
