Dale's Contracting, I must say that I really felt that this company was a blessing when they contacted me back from filling out thier application. I got good vibes after the owner took the time out to come and meet with me. I said to myself once I met the wife of this company that nothing bad could come for them because they believe in the same god that I do and with that alone I just knew anything could be worked out with these folks. Boy was I wrong!!! That office crew is amazingly disrespect, I mean will scream at you over the phone and hang up in your face no matter how respectful you are being to them. Me and my crew did a couple houses for this company and we spent more money on expenses then we had gotten paid for our first job. I never received a check for the second home and again if I do ever see a check from this job Im sure my expenses will exceed the check amount! When I called it took 4 trys to get any type of reason for the check not making it to me. Now they are saying its already been mailed out ! Well if so I have yet to see it and I still owe my crew for this house that we removed over 3 tons of stone and brick from. I was told my photo's don't support approval for a heavy debris. I still have every photo and the cost for dumping which is more then what they suppose to pay me. I am trying to understand why are these people doing this to me when I've done nothing but good for them. They claim I call the office all the time being rude, thats not true! I read the other report on this company and I have personally experienced what they are talking about. Mr Dale's your wife has been unproffessional in handling this matter and I really do hope God keeps blessing ya'll... when you have been blessed in such a way you should never allow the devil the control of your blessing. People do be aware of this company they will lie to you and on you and you may even go broke if you don't know when to back away from Dale's Contractors!!! I never received the amount they said I was due for any job I did for them and I am pretty sure they are not gonna stop with me!

not going into detail because they arent worth the time. but they lied and didnt pay. i have worked with several companies and still do. they are the worst, they are sooooooooooooooo slow at paying 120 days at times if you get it. they always have hidden costs associated with their invoices. they call them discounts. they lied when cornered about invoices and we had to prove them several several times to be paid for some. they are not to be worked with unless you want to do volunteer reo work. they are truly crooks and claim to be so religious, owner is also a preacher lol lol lol praise jesus pass the plate

Warning: Do Not Work for these people. They will steal your money, lie to your face, not pay you, if they do pay you it will be as they say 45 days before thee funds are available. They steal perssonal property, then blame it on the new workers. No matter what you do, the work is never good enough, and you get charged back for someone else to do nothing. It is all inside family members. I have emails saying I would make this much then another email saying I would make 90% less than they said. They tell you its this amount to pick up and when you get there its 5 times as much they wont pay you for. You must remove major hazardous chemicals, oil, tires etc, without a permit to do so, leaving you in violation with the epa and deq.

They give you a work order that is due 3 weeks ago and expect you to have it done yesterday but you wont get it until tomorrow. Addresses are wrong and its your fault, for not getting it done. All parent companies pay 7-15 days, but Dales will not pay for 45. They sit on the money in the bank and collect the interest, leaving you desperate, and broke. I looking to file a class action suit against Dales Contractors for unfair business and employment tactics. They currently owe me over $8000.00 plus interest. That alone is just labor. They owe even more for materials which they will not pay. They have an extremely high turn over rate because the will not pay. Nobody can go that long with out getting something.

They are not lead based paint certified, haz mat approved, roofing certified, they are 100% not leagal for half of what they do. I will be filing suit against them. They will also meet the press. If you are involved with them, get out while you can. They will bankrupt you, and find someone else to fill your spot.

They are liars, cheats, thieves, backstabbers, and just all around B.S.
