In May I ordered a three year subscription from Cheapmagsusa.com to Reader's Digest Large Print edition for my mother who had a stroke. I read good reviews of their service. The email confirmation said to allow up to 12 weeks for the subscription to begin. As of now, it is going on 17 weeks and still no magazine. I have emailed their customer support (support@cheapmagsusa.com) several times and have received no response. There is no other way of communicating on their site which I should have noted before ordering. I paid via PayPal. Looking up their domain information reveals absolutely nothing - the data in the address, email, city, state and phone fields is completely bogus information. I tried to file a complaint with the BBB online, however without address, city and state, the BBB online will not let you file a report. In all likelihood, my money is gone which is unfortunate and I will order the mag from Reader's Digest directly. I hope to alert other consumers that this company does not deliver their product and is unresponsive at best, and at worst, it is a scam where they never intend to fulfill subscriptions and do not provide a way for consumers to legitimately contact them.

I also placed an order and started wondering where my subscription was. After noticing their site is no longer working and reading similar stories today I've come to accept the reality my money is gone too. Their email address is no longer working either. I didn't lose much money but I still feel upset about the situation. I'm glad their site is closed down and no one else will be misinformed as to their services.

On 3/16/11 ordered Reader's Digest large print from this site. It was indicated that it would take up to 10 weeks for first issue to be sent. Paid for by Paypal. Now after many times trying to reach them, still haven't received the magazine and it's too late for Paypal to do anything about it! So I guess they got my money and I'm out a magazine! Nice scam! My stupid!

It has been 18 weeks since my order, website says maximum 12 weeks for first issue. Will not respond to multiple emails and phone calls. Web-site is still active. Do not order from this company under any circumstances !

Took my money for 1 year subscription and it been 18 weeks and I'm seen or heard nothing. I have started sending emails about every week with no reply. No way to contact them other than email and that's a waste of time. cheapmagsusa.com is a major scam.
