On 28th February following a 6 week period of illness details came up about this free offer. I was willing to spend 2.95 +2.95 to try the Acai Berry product and Colon Cleanse as I was feeling desperate and had been really ill. I was horrified to discover when my next bank statement came that I had been charged a further 63.41 + 63.41. There is NO WAY I would have ordered the goods at that cost as my income is so low that I have no disposeable income and that is my food money for the month. I have not been able to contact the company as all that comes up on the computer are details of the scam. I have received nothing in the post so no goods what so ever either. I would return the goods if they had ever arrived as I am completely disgusted and disatisfied with the company/scam. I am puruing recovering the costs with my bank but so far have been told that there is nothing the bank can do. I am a single mum working nearly full time and have 2 hours every week to sort stuff like this. So for the next few weeks I will be using my precious free time to go to the citizzen advice bureau, meeting with the bank and going to the media. Absolutely gutted.

My wife ordered the products Acia Lipo and Colon Lipo on line. The company, shown on the credit card statement as Youth Nutrition, sent her confirmation e-mails showing a total of $3.98cad for both trail samples of the products. It said they would be sent by 3 day shipping. 4 days later I went to pay for some parts with the same credit card only to be declined due to insuficiant funds, I knew this couldn't be posible so I immediately called the card company to find out what was going on. They went through my recent charges and there were two billings of $201.43 to Youth Nutrition.
I called my wife and told her about this. She called the toll free number and was told the she only had 3 days to cancel the order and because it was day 4 they couldn't do anything. Apparently in their terms and conditions there is a line that says your card will be charged this amount to visit their site, I have yet to see these terms and conditions.
She still has not recived the product, the order was placed on the 12 of March. I was advised by my credit card company to cancel my card and have a new one with a new number issued so this Youth Nutrition wouldn't have my card information to try to get more money from.
Needless to say, We are very upset about this and are trying to find away to get our $400 back.

I rang my bank to cancel my card so that they could not take any more money from my account and I was advised by my bank that if I had not received the goods ordered within 30 days I could possibly claim the money back. I waited the until the 30 days were up and rang my bank, they sent me a 'non receipt of goods' form to complete and after 10 days had passed, the bank sent me a letter confirming that they had reimbursed the money to my account and that they were investigating the matter further.

I signed up for asample bottle of a product for only $1.49. My order confirmationreceipt total to be charged was $1.49, and UPS 3 day shipping free. Well, my Visa was charged $1.50 + $99.95 and the product came via USPS (regular mail) not UPS. I received the product about 20 days after ordering.service" and I called my company to let them know and they found a working phone number for Youth .

I called Youth Nutrition and the rep said that I had signed up for a "membership", which I apparently agreedto somewhere in the fine print/disclaimer. I sure didn't see any such thing. Theyseem to bemisleading consumers. No mention of$99.95 in my order confirmation receipt either. Avoid this company! They do notoffer value and, in my opionion, are not honest and upfront with their customers!

I am experiencing the same these people at Youth Nutrition has charged my credit card for 199.95 plus 1.59. I ordered colon cleanser and end up in a membership after going online to their website and using their self service cancellation application. Their reps gave me bogus email addresses and websites. They claimed an email was sent with a luser id and password . I never received that email I called Youth nutrition for 2 days before I made contact I requested tha the email be re sent to acess some type of tracker that comes with the unknown membership. I called back and requested for the second time I have not yet received the email. Yet this company has been paid 199.95 by trickery and refuse to give me access to a paid for membership. I intend to fight back legally and summons help through my financial institute. The company is a total rip off. File reports against them do not allow them to continue these practices.
