These people are the biggest liars ever..They sell you this loan product but then everything changes. They never return phone calls and they are conducting loans under someone elses licensse (which is ilegal). I googled them both and all these scam reports and complaints about them pop up. It seems as they have been doing this for a very long time. I see that they have been responding to the complaints written about them saying that people are just writting these lies about them but theres just too many to believe that. At the end of the day they still know what theyre doing and have done in the past. I guess theyve had companies before and scammed people to just support and live a "lifestyle" they cant afford. IN ONE OF THE COMPLAINTS I READ EVEN HER FatHER THREW HER UNDER THE BUS STATING THAT SHE EVEN STOLE FROM HER OWN FAMILY MEMBERS WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT COLLEEN OLIVAS??? Older complaints filed in the last 2-3 yrs state that they had people invest in a clothing company, magazine company & other bogus companies. After they take their money they use it to live the lifestyle of the rich and famous by spending other peoples hard earn money. They open the business in a corporation so that if the money is not paid back their personal assets cannot be touch. Very smart but not nice. That there only tells you that they knew what they were doing and probably are still doing it. I just read a recent complaint in which theyve stated that theyre paying back the money to the people they took it from, but seriously if theyre still trying to make money off hard-working persons thru loans then theyre still liars and thieves.
Theyre conducting loans and are doing it all under someone elses name in the company theyre working for, (you can look them up on WWW.DRE.CA.GOV) because if you look them up like i did they dont seem to have an active license nor under the company theyre currently working for (mark 1 mortgage). Smart they are but honest and loyal they arent.

I got ripped off for a corporation that I never got my money from either. 300K promised to me and never did their promises deliver. Tried calling them and all I got back were text messages. If you have the time to text you have the time to make a phone call. These two people have no morals. To rip off your own father, I don't think it can get any worst for a scumbag of person. Money isn't everything people. So Colleen and Robert stop ripping people off and go get a job at Mcdonald's for crying out loud. Stop being a disgrace to society and all hard workers. Colleen claims in other posts she's replied to, to be a hard worker but the only thing she's working hard at is figuring out the next person to burn. Such a sad situation. Karma is going to catch up with these two. Incarcerate them. The many aliases for Colleen uses explains why she needs to use them. Sick people you two are. Everyone can google them and figure out how many other people were scammed out of their money like myself and many others.
