I also ordered from this fraudulent company Perfectdvds and received a full set of DVDs of Three's Company...every disc was unwatchable and a message came up on the screen stating that it was a bad disc. A total ripoff.... this Company needs to be shut down now...I noticed also that the DVDs came from somewhere in CHINA!!! I asked for a refund due to the dissatisfaction of these DVDs and have not received an email back and at this point don't expect to hear from them. I am putting a dispute on my credit card so an investigation can be made. They are scammers..so please do NOT order anything from lowlifes.

Was this in the UK? if so you need to report this to your local trading standards. Try the office of fair trading, they are very helpful also.
