The Center for Legal Justice FRAUD SCAM I was contacted by this attorney who reperesents a reloading scam that targets the Timeshare resell industry. He is merely a front for the CENTER FOR LEGAL JUSTICE. They are a up-front fee scam outfit that did absolutely nothing but post temporary credits and charges back to my credit card...something it turns out I could have done on my own...oh well...please don't be duped by them. They charged me over 30% or $4200 to get my funds back to my card. What a scam...they used the attorneys they have on record to legitimize the operation that they are running...I did not hire a law firm that I was told was going to happen...Steer clear of this Delray Beach small time attorney...

This guy (Paul Rogers Kennedy) is a crooked attorney in my opinion! I know that the Attorney Generals Office for the State of Florida is investigating him and The Center For Legal Justice and Edward Cherry for Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices along with other Economic Crimes! Don't be fooled by this guy he is a Scum Bag in every sense of the word!!!

The Center For Legal Justice is run by convicted felons and is a scam. Their attorney's are bottom feeders, one of which, Howard Feinmel, is a two time drunk driver. They are the former E-limidebt and Hess-Kennedy scam artists simply operating under another name . They prey on the uninformed and desparate and make their financial situations worse. They claim EVERYONE has been victimized by the credit card companies, filing sham disputes, something the credit card companies are on to, Chase in particular. Their website claims having eliminated over 500M in debt. Really ? Prove it. If you want an alcoholic like Feinmel representing you or a fraud like Paul Rodgers Kennedy who has NO consumer law experience then you deserve to get fleeced. These guys run a criminal enterprise and the florida AG needs to shut them down and make sure they do not open again under another name.

Im an employee @ the center for legal justice. I remember when Vera Egan came to our company and was making oitbound calls, then moved to work for mr. Kennedy's law office. Through word of mouth i heard she copied the client database and opened up another company called "FBL Associates and Division of Secret Service" or something retarded. She is employing people to contact clients of a law firm and claiming the attorneys are being investigated by Broward county sherriffs even though they arr Palm Beach county lawyers. Vera and John Egan are also known oxycontin addicts and their company The Fee Recovery Group got shut down by the dept. Of agriculture and theyre desperate for money. If Kennedy and Feinmel are scams why do they have 0 complaints on the Bar and the Center for Legal Justice has 0 complaints with the BBB and DOA? Anyone can post on these forums. You need to go to credible sources to get your info people.

I am working with the Center for Legal Justice to get my debt dismissed. They have dismissed 3 so far. I am very happy with them. It has been 7 months so far

I have hired Paul Rogers Kennedy to attempt to recover lost front end feees from 12 different time share frauds and restore my credit with American Express and Discover card Companies which has been destroyed because I failed to honor these fraudulent charges.
Can you justify that Paul Rogers Kennedy is a legitimate Florida lawyer and member of the bar assn. Is there nothing sacred in the entire state of Florida or is everyone in the time share industry tied together in this scam to fleece the public?. JHymson@cinci.rr.com

I'll vouch for him, as his wife! He works very hard, has legitimate files and a dedicated staff. He has an undergraduate degree from Cornell, and a law degree from Albany Law, and an advanced law degree from the University of Miami. He is working hard to help all of his clients and has many who are very happy. The legal system does not work as quickly as people would like. Patient clients who direct their questions to the firm will receive great customer service and all the results due them by law. This firm is assisting clients who have been defrauded already by scam artists who are not happy that legitimate attorneys are putting them out of work. Rest assured, the firm is legitimate and can bring results to their clients as decided by law.

I was contacted through the Center for Legal Justice for recovery of funds through Paul Rogers Kennedy as my legal attorney.
Through initial contact a payment of $695.00 was sent. After almost 3 months of little or no contact. I filed a complaint with another corp. Shortly after I was contacted by Paul Rogers Kennedy's office that I would receive a refund for 695.00. I believe his name was Mike. He seemed caring and understanding. The next day I receive a call from an individual to issue a refund and he needed the numbers off my credit card starting with a 5. This individual named Scott, was like a bull in a China Store. By the time he got through with me I did even have an idea what the refund was for. He asked me twice if I did not want the refund, I said no (I have other funds I am trying to recover other funds). Two days later, I checked discover card to see if to see if the temporary credit was still there. I had not touched the credit. The credit was removed as the didn't need my credit card number after all. They evidently notified discover card I had refused a refund, which in turn removed my protest

You should file a complaint to the Florida bar. don't let them get away with this.
