I have received no correspondence about any progress the business is making since my investment in Mobile Diagnostic Centers LP. I called the main number and chose to speak with the operator, but got Michael Blumenthal's voice mail. I don't expect to hear back.

I did receive a call about a login to the company's investor relations web page from a Kevin Wilson in early 2009. A support person confirmed my login and password and even logged in a few times. I called that support number today because my login isn't working. I got someone who had never heard of the organization.

Scanning the web, I find not info that dates past 2009. I found info on this site by searching Michael Blumenthal and found similar complaints. I now feel that I am also a victim of a potential fraud. If so, it is a $50K lesson that is a bit hard to swallow.

If you find this while searching for info about potentially investing with Mobile Diagnostic Centers or Michael Blumenthal out of Las Vegas, Nevada, perhaps this will prevent you from losing a large sum of money.

A man named Justin Goldenblatt of imperial metals llc. tried to convince me to invest with Michael Blumenthal and almost suceeded. Justin is in the same racket as his buddy Michael, he misleads you takes your' money and with no remorse you lose everything. These guys are criminals and must be stopped. Took me for 45 large!

Has anyone heard anything lately regarding Mobile Diagnostic Centers? There are a lot of people that have invested quite a bit of money.

We should all get together and maybe do something about this. Both of these guys need to be reported. It sounds like there are a lot of people out there that have had the same thing done to them.

Guess I'm a passenger in the same boat. Great talkers with loads of support to get the money transfered, then wam! never heard from them again. My money was transfered into "Sterling-Trust Co." out of Waco, Texas. Pay annual fees with value showing one quarter then nothing the next.

I invested $25,000 in the use of medical imaging devices for small hospitals in 2008. I have not received any return for my investment. I received a K-1 Tax Form for 2008, but nothing since, even after emailing Mike Blumenthal about this each year. I have had no communication in over a year and no responses to my email or phone calls. The website no longer exists and the phone number 877-853-5777 is disconnected. I tried another phone number 877-233-3053 and got an answering service and told them I would like for Mike Blumenthal to give me a call. I am still waiting on a phone call in return.

I also invested in Feb 2009 for $ 25, 000 (5 shares minimum). By the end of 2009 and with no real reports or financials showing any real progress and only the bogus Michael Blumenthal's generic news releases and quarterly reports, I started to believe this was a scam. I submitted questions to the Mobile Diagnostic Centers (MDC) website with no replies and eventually it would not accept any entries either and no one answered the telephone number listed--no longer in service. In addition to Morning Star's mentioned fraud alert, so does another site: Ripoff.com if you use search under the singular " Mobile Diagnostic Center. "
There is a brand new "news release" in June 2011 where Blumenthal is starting this scam again with the same startup announcement he used before about forming a new MDC to do CT and PET scans in the southeast for small hospitals. He and his accomplice, Phillip Caldwell, need to go to jail for a long time.

I am another one that got scamed, and lost 25, 000.00. Your right they are only good at taking your money and disappearing. Now I too think it was all a scam from the beginning, and there was never any intention on doing what they said...I too feel there must be something we can do???
