These guys are crooks. Read all the other reports, they say exactly the same story as mine. I ordered 5 shocks on 4/2/11. The website says will ship in 2-7 business days. By 4/21/11, I still hadn't received the first email from them, or any tracking numbers. On their website, my order just says Pending. I waited until after their worst case scenario shipping times had long passed before emailing them. When I emailed them, here's the response I got: Thanks for your order! We just spoke with Monroe about your order, and they apologized for the delays in processing it. Everything is ok with your order, and Monroe is working double shifts all weekend to catch up. We will email the tracking number to you the moment it departs. Yeah, right. It's all Monroe's fault you didn't have it in stock like you led me to believe. And I'm real sure Monroe is working double shifts all weekend just to make some Toyota pickup truck shocks for me, because they're so out of Toyota pickup truck shocks. I found it an insult to my intelligence that they think I bought that answer. And everything is NOT OK. You took my money and didn't ship my order. When I checked on the internet, I found this site and lots of other people with the exact same story. Then on 4/21 I called and talked to Luke Hamby. I asked him where my order was. He asked to put me on hold and then never came back. The automatic hold system finally put me back to the operator, but she didn't answer either, so it just went to voicemail. I hung up and called back, and voicemail again. Obviously, this company is dodging people who complain, hoping they just give up I guess. I did give up. I gave up on any hope this company would do the right thing in any way. I called up my credit card company and asked them to do a chargeback, and I encourage everyone who has a problem with them to do the same thing. I intend to also complain to the BBB and to let the Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs in their state know of their scam. And I really love their lame responses to other customers on here. They try to sound so straightforward. Hey Just Suspension, a blind man can read this situation. YOU'RE A CROOK.

They should not be selling on line or in person.
I ordered struts and shocks for my truck. They opened one of the strut boxes and packed the rear shocks in the same box without packing material. When I received the order, the spring perches on the struts bashed in the sides of the shocks. Now Im getting the runaround AND Flat Out Lies from the KYB/JustSus customer service "Air Heads" everyones talking about. Last week they told me my new shocks were to be shipped next day. Now this week they tell me they are in a dispute with Fedex. FOR WHAT ?
Fedex didnt pack the box. Now I'm waiting for their dispute?
I called today to cancel the order, and was told by the "Air head" it was too late for that. Now my American Express is involved and lifted the payment to KYB/Just Suspension. They will have to refund my money. Check The Better Business Bureau Report. Complaints out the yang. They are truly not worth the trouble.

Just Suspension No such thing as 'Full Refunds' more like

I placed my order online @ justspension.com on 3-25-11, paid in full...placed follow up calls during the following week to discuss changing shipping choice (from ground to next day or 2day)...nobody answers the phone..and I am big on customer service, so I was persistent. Finally on 3-29-11 I spoke with a Rachel--who sounded not too professional and possibly her first day on the job-- and she advised my order was going to ship to me later that afternoon and that I will be receiving an email with a tracking number...I thought that it was 'ok' but I did not feel secure with her answer. I placed additional follow up calls that day -- when I didn't receive an email with tracking info. NO ANSWER...wow, is this company 'that' busy or do they not have a fully staffed department? I placed calls the next day, and the next, no answers and no response to my vmails either...Finally, today I get in touch with someone--by calling and repeatedly pressing '0' for the operator...Luke picks up and I tell him my request to cancel due to the service and the supposed shipping that never happened...he tells me, "oh, the shocks were 'just shipped' by KYB" and I asked, "to me"? he then stated "no, to Just Suspension, it takes about 7 days to get the order from KYB and then we get it delivered here in a truck -- that should come next week, then it'll take approx 4 days to ship to California". Luke then stated, "by cancelling you will be charged a 25% stocking fee" I said that you haven't received the item and he stated it doesn't matter, because once KYB ships we can't return it...I laughed. I asked how long for the process of the refund, he said, "don't know, you're gonna have to email the accounting department" WOW...it appears there is only a handful of employees there and they are making it sound like a big, huge corporation or enterprise...come on dude, are you joking me??? I called back a second time today and started probing for names, procedures, etc and again, no specific info could be provided on the refund, except stocking fees and 'don't know's. It appears this company makes it's money on cancelled orders(stocking fees), shipping errors, orders not being fufilled after many consumers pay upfront and can't get their refunds...sounds like a monopoly in my book...well, it stops with me...I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and will be an advocate towards a Class Action Law Suit. What a way to spend my early morning Friday but I enjoy exposing those who take advantage of good, hardworking American Consumers. Now it's about the principle of the matter. I can always spend money on shocks and obtain them thru a reputable company...the point is providing your customers with satisfaction so they may return to you...it appears the company charter is not up to par with the modern way of doing business in America. Sorry Just Suspension, it will be coming your way...soon. Karma, baby!

Just Suspension No such thing as 'Full Refunds' more like

Hey, a BMW guy here having terrible issues with this company.

I am out to tell everyone to STAY AWAY

I saw the slick website and called to make sure they had my struts in stock.

Girl says "yes they're in stock in the wharehouse"

Great, place order, credit card charged

Then, After about 6 days I call to find out why no tracking number rtc

"oh, we don't "really stock them" they are coming from manufacurer in Arkansas then ship to Atlanta, then to us in NC, we will box them up and ship to you"...WTF...??

"Should ship today" Call next day for tracking number. "Didn't ship, should ship today, we will upgrade your shipping" finally shipped.

FedEx, out for delivery...then 2 hours later "delivery exception notice" item(s) damaged, returning to shipper, will not deliver.

Call them today wanting my money back. Talk to Luke Hamby, Pres Tel: (704) 235-0135 His response " as soon as we receive them back from FedEx we will evaluate them and process any refund" Another WTF moment..???

So, I am out almost 500.00 and at the mercy of FedEx getting the stuff back to them BEFORE they will even start the refund process...

THEY DO NOT STOCK ANYTHING, IT'S A COUPLE OF PEOPLE IN AN OFFICE WITH A SLICK WEBSITE.
